*President Pro-Tempore Matt Flores pushes himself from his seat, adressing the Senate*

We have just acquired a two-thirds vote to pass Special Resolution 002-2019. Since an emergency vote was called to order and the Senate has reached a two-thirds vote before three votes were cast those vote will be marked as “Abstain.” Note that this “Abstain” will not reflect as a negative vote.

The Resolution passes, S.R. 002-2019 will now be in full effect.

*Flores slams his gavel.*
